The length of time it takes a mole to heal depends on the method used for removal and location of the mole.  The face typically heals faster than the legs which have less circulation.  For the best results please consult a board certified dermatologist with a great deal of experience in cosmetics and skin cancer.

There are different methods to remove moles, depending on the location and appearance of the mole.  Some of these methods may only take a few days to heal, while others may take a week or so.  This would be for the immediate healing period, as the full process may take months.
