I am a born female with large deep breasts wondering if it might be somehow possible to create "vagina-like" cavities in the center of each nipple? I was thinking if somehow we could create a slit or a pocket inside each nipple, push the milk ducts aside circumferentially, an expand the orifices and add homograft patches of decellularized tissues we can use as scaffolds for growing vaginal tissues inside or any kind of slippery and wet cylinder-like structure. honest genuine question
