Terrible Otoplasty Result?

I am sorry to hear that your previous surgery has left you so upset. Otoplasty results can typically be revised but revision procedures tend to be more challenging. Further, if cartilage has been removed, as you've suggested, that can make revision otoplasty even more challenging. If you would like general advice, I suggest you submit photos here on RealSelf.com. Alternatively, for more specific counseling you can seek a consultation with a board certified Facial Plastic Surgeon or Plastic Surgeon who performs alot of otoplasty. Typically, revision otoplasty leads to an improvement in the appearance of a person's ears. I hope this information is helpful.

Need For Pictures Of Otoplasty Results

To get helpful information about your otoplasty result, you need to submit current pictures of your ears. A description of your ears alone is inadequate. Good quality iictures should be taken from the front, side and the quarter or oblique views.
