Anything I can do while losing weight to prepare for excess skin removal? What makes one case harder than another? (Photos)
I'm 34, 6'4, currently 332 lbs. I was 518 at my highest. I am definitely going to have to remove the excess skin, inner thighs, buttocks, back, chest, stomach. I lost most of it relatively slowly, but now I've gone hardcore into fitness and I've lost 85 lbs since May 15th. I am going to lose the rest of it within the next year, but ultimately I want to look and feel the best long-term. Is there anything I can do now to help with that? I lift 3-4 times a week, low carb, completely clean diet.
