Ten Years Post Bariatric Surgery -- How Do I Now Determine Diet/calorie Goals?

Ten years ago I had Roux-en-y gastric bypass surgery. I lost approximately 90 lbs. In the past 2 years I've regained 20 and I am trying to lose this weight through traditional diet and exercise methods but I have hit a stumbling block. My question has to do with how to set my calorie intake goals. If I set my goal at, say, 1200 like "normal" people is this too low because of the alterations to my digestive system?
