hi i'd like to know if there is any way to pull back my temples and lift my hairline at the sides of my head. i mean like a temple lift but not for wrinkles because i'm still quite young (30) and i just want my face to look the way it looks when i pull back my hair very very tight. is that possible? thank you.

To some extent some bruising is inevitable but here are some things:
Avoid medications or supplements that can promote bleeding
Use local anesthetics with epinephrine that reduce bleeding
Maintain low blood pressure during and after surgery
Keep head elevated...
I have performed Brow Lifts for well over 20 years and IMHO, save your money. Lateral Brow Lifts, suture Brow Lifts, Thread lifts and the like do not last or work reliably IMO.
If you try Botox again and still are not happy with the results, you might consider a "Brow-Pexy". This is a much less invasive procedure than the "Brow-Lift" and younger women are better candidates. The "brow-pexy" only lifts the "tail of the brow".
