Usually, the recommended interval between laser hair removal treatments is 4-8 weeks due to the laser being effective against hairs in only one phase of the hair growth cycle. Less than two weeks is too soon. Sometimes it can take the hairs up to 2 weeks to fall out, so a treatment that soon...

Having your menstrual period at the time of your  Laser Hair Removal should not be a problem. It will not cause problems, be more painful and your laser specialist is a medical care giver processional so I would not worry and go through with it.
