Any tips or tricks on how I can get my body to absorb post TT fluid quicker?

Besides using a binder, are there any other ways I am able to assist my body in absorbing the fluid quicker.

Quicking fluid resorption after TT.

Swelling is a natural part of surgical recovery.  Your binder, by compressing the tissues, helps to decrease and minimize the swelling.  Spanex compression wear also are an option.  Other ways to help are to avoid salty foods and increase your ambulation.  Patience is need as time is needed for tissues to heal.  Best wishes.
