Do most gastric bypass patients have problems with excessive flatulence & foul smelling bowel movements post surgery and beyond.

Trying to decide between sleeve revision or bypass (had sleeve done 4 years ago, lost 50 pounds but still need to lose 100 pounds and struggling) - research indicates best results with bypass but definitely do not want to have the ongoing side effect of malodorous flatulence and bowel movements
