Hi. I was recommended this treatment for acne scarring, but after reading through all the comments and reviews im really paranoid about going ahead with it. I would like to know whether the fat atrophy is something that is caused because of practitioner error? maybe they used to high a setting and killed off the fat cells?? or is it just a "risk" we all undertake? My acne concern is mainly on the nose, so i might just stick to the one area rather than risking my whole face. Thank you
