In my last nose surgery, my doctor performed muscle cutting to lessen the widening of my nose wings when I smile.

I think this has been done asymmetrically and one side's muscle is still stronger. And after 4-5 years, it is like the tip of my nose curving towards that side. My questions: Do you think this muscle cutting asymmetry can be the reason of tip asymmetry? Can this be fixed by cutting the strong muscle a bit more under local anesthesia in clinic? Can the asymmetry in my nose tip undo itself when the muscles are balanced? Will there be any visible scars and how long is the recovery time? Thank you.
