Swelling on Nasal Hump and Tip 1 Month Post Rhinoplasty

How long will it be before the bump on the bridge (that was supposed to be shaved be completely gone? My tip was supposed to have cartilage removed and the tip raised. The tip looks a little raised but as round as before. As the swelling goes down will the tip get better? Will it rise a little more?

Swelling gets better with time

As you can tell from the responses everyone believes in time things will get better.  The surgeon who did the procedure knows exactly what was done and should be better at providing you with a time frame.

Nasal tip and bridge swelling

Swelling of the nasal tip and bridge lasts for months after rhinoplasty surgery. It may take up to a year for it to resolve.

Nasal swelling, especially in the tip, is usually present 1 month after rhinoplasty. With time, everything should improve.

Swelling on nasal hump and tip 1 month post rhinoplasty

These are issues better to discuss with your surgeon. But I always say at least a full year is needed before the "final" result can be seen.

Swelling after rhinoplasty.

It takes 6-12 months for the swelling to go down after rhinoplasty. Discuss this with your surgeon for conformation.
