I have been diagnoseded with FFA a year ago . I have lost my eyebrows, a band in the frontal hairline (1 cm and temples 4 cm) and most of my bodyhair. I´m on Doxycyline, Plaquenil, Finasteride and topical corticoids (Dermovate) . Progression of hairloss is very slow. but inflammation is still active. Is there a doctor somewhere out in the world that have access to the latest treatment for this condition

Actually most of the patients suffer from hair loss complain about oily skin, scalp and hair. That leads to them think about oily skin causes hair loss. But it is not true . there is no relation between hair loss and oily skin .
This needs an in-person evaluation. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a hair loss expert to go over your condition and advise you on best treatment options. There are great non-invasive options like prp/progesterone and/or hair transplantation. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer
If you lose hair, and want them back, transplantation can be an option for forehead reduction and correcting asymmetry on your frontal hair line/forelock.I advice you have a FUE; you would get the desired hairline in just one sesssion of dense packing hair transplant.
