A non-surgical procedure is a difficult option to reshape a bulbous nose

A non-surgical procedure is a difficult option to reshape a bulbous nose. You will most likely need surgery.

A bulbous nasal tip has only surgical solutions

The only available treatment for a bulbous or boxy nasal tip is surgery.  The excess cartilage needs to be removed and the remaining needs suture sculpting to refine the tip.  Fatty tissue below the skin can also conservatively be removed.

There is NO effective, nonsurgical treatment for a Bulbous Nose Tip

The bulbous nose tip is created by wide, over arching and separated Lower Lateral cartilages of the tip. The only way to get as more attractive tip is to narrow the cartilages and bring them together with stitches OR in some cases to place cartilage grafts PRECISELY on top of them. NO nonsurgical technique can match the accuracy of surgery.

Yes but dont do it!

Yes.  Fillers can be placed in the tip to tent the skin and make it look narrower but its a bad idea as it can cause scars and infections so dont do it!
