Getting grafts to grow

There is nothing you need to do to get your grafts to grow-just sit back and relax! The grafts will grow on their own but it takes up to 12 months for full growth and is often difficult to notice a change from day to day. This is why you want to follow-up with your surgeon to compare your results with "before" pictures. What you can do however is use Minoxidil and/or Finasteride(Propecia) to prevent loss of untransplanted hair and halt progression of further loss.
