Does medical marijuana hurt dental implants?

Hi!
Any kind of smoke whether it's cigarette, vaping or medical marijuana is not good for the healing portion of dental implants. And really, even after they're healed. Smoking can cause infection, it weakens your immune system, your bones and the way your body heals. 
I'm sure this isn't what you were hoping to hear, but there's just no way around it - smoking of any kind is bad for any dental work.
