The therapist has 25 years in beauty and is a qualified trainer in Plasma Pen. It's been 8 weeks since and I can't see any positive results yet, is this normal.

Thank you for the question and the pictures. Actually, that is a very good question! I agree 100% with the technique she used. The goal is to tighten the skin around the wrinkle. But, there is no harm by treating the wrinkle too.
Plasma pen can do a small amount of tightening, more in thin skin like eyelid. Radiofrequency with micro-needling is nonsurgical and will give more tightening.
