The therapist has 25 years in beauty and is a qualified trainer in Plasma Pen. It's been 8 weeks since and I can't see any positive results yet, is this normal.

It is definitely not normal to see such extensive post procedure skin changes two months out. I would definitely seek medical help. Make sure you see a dermatologist or a cosmetic medicine doctor.
