Should I accept the outcome or is there more that my doctor can do to shorten and refine my nose tip? (Photo)
I had broken my nose as a child where it deviated by 30 degrees and had a C shape. I had my first surgery 20 years ago to correct this, however most of the cartilage was removed and my nose went skew again. I had revision surgery 3 months ago where cartilage grafts were added, however I found my nose still too long and my nose tip with a rounded shape, which I find unattractive. Is there something more that can be done, or should I accept the outcome?
