A photo stealing of hair transplant clinic from another one?

Is it legal that one Hair transplant clinic is showing a photo (protected with sealed company) with results from another one on their homepage and doing it with erasing the logo from original photos and adding their own logo.

It may not be "illegal" but it is very unethical to use another clinic's photos as their own. Unfortunately this happens

It may not be "illegal" but it is very unethical to use another clinic's photos as their own.  It may also be a copyright infringement.  Unfortunately this happens even at our clinic - where we find our patients' before after photos rebranded and used at other doctors' websites.

In California, a Doctor can be charged with using other peoples photos. This clearly is illegal and immoral. I would stay away from that doctor

This is both highly unethical and illegal. If the first surgeon were to take legal action, he could have the photos removed by the other surgeon and probably receive damages.
