Hi I'm 25 years old, I'm a virgin. I've always had large aeareoles but these past couple of days I have noticed that they are getting smaller, in particular on my left breast. Also the areolae's is no longer the circular shape, it's changed to a strange shape. I don't know if this is normal? Wondering if you could advise.

Puffy nipples are common during puberty, it can last for two years. If it hasn't gone away after two years, it is very possible that it has become permanent.Working out will not make gynecomastia go away. If it is permanent the only way to get rid of it is by surgery. See a Board Certified...

There are a couple of different options to increase the size and firmness of the nipple. I would recommend a consultation with a plastic surgeon as the different options will have different risks and benefits.
