When will I look presentable after my recent septorhinoplasty?

I have my A-level mock exams in January and I had my operation which took 2 hours on the 20th of Dec. They did quite a lot of bone work but have been lucky with bruising and swelling. All in all, I am very happy with my results :) However, I currently still have my exterior cast on but no packaging (taken out on the day) I was wondering whether or not I will be presentable by the 6th January since I am already attempting to revise and cannot afford to miss any time off... any help or advice?

Predicting early rhinoplasty swelling is very difficult.

The nose can be swollen for up to a year or more. Swelling will depend upon the nature of maneuvers employed, presence of grafts or implants, thickness of skin, open vs closed, revision vs primary, etc.

At 2-3 weeks after a rhinoplasty procedure, it is likely that you will be very swollen.  Bruising will likely subside by this point.
