Are there any effective treatments for Allurion side effects?

I read that cramping, nausea, heartburn, reflux and vomiting are the side effects most commonly associated with Allurion (like other gastric balloons). Are there any treatments you would recommend to reduce or prevent at least some of these side effects? Or foods/drinks you'd suggest avoiding?
