Would much weight could I reasonably lose with Allurion?

I read that studies show an average weight loss of 28 pounds (12.7 kg) and an average BMI reduction of 4.2 points on Allurion. Would it be reasonable for a patient with a higher BMI to expect to lose more than this with the help of the Allurion Balloon?

Hope you are well. Adverse effects vary greatly, and each doctor has his own protocol regarding the use of medications, and the nutritional part that is accompanied by the doctor's team.
In general, gastric protectors, antihemetic and anlagesic are used.
