Non-invasive, consistently effective

ThermiVA is considered a non-invasive procedure used for vaginal rejuvenation and treating the symptoms of vaginal atrophy. Depending on the treatment goals, the thermiVA wand is used externally on the labia majora and minora, as well as internally in the vaginal canal. The benefits provided include treating mild stress incontinence, increased vaginal lubrication and tightness, as well as an improved appearance of the Labia Majora, Minora, and vulva. During the procedure patients experience a mild heat sensation, but it is generally not painful and has no downtime.

Yes, ThermiVa is Non-Invasive

The past 2 years have seen the emergence of non-surgical, non-invasive technologies aimed at improving gyncologic conditions previously treated with surgery or medications. The first wave of FDA approved devices are the fractional lasers (FemiLift, MonaLisa), and radiofrequency devices (ThermiVa, Protege Intima). While invasive varieties of these technologies have existed for decades, these new variations are completely noninvasive.

ThermiVa Non-Invasive

ThermiVa is a non-surgical, non-invasive vaginal rejuvenation procedure, that uses radio frequency heat to shrink the tissues in and around the vulvar region. ThermiVa is the first thermal-controlled, non-invasive procedure capable of tightening both the inner vaginal canal and the outer labia majora and minora. Studies have shown the procedure to help multiple vaginal conditions, such as vaginal tightening, urinary incontinence, vaginal moisture and atrophy, sexual function and aesthetic appearance of the labia. The standard protocol includes three ThermiVa treatments, each taking place about one month apart. Some results are noticeable immediately, and improvements grow increasingly with each treatment. Maintenance may be needed for best results. ThermiVa is safe and has no recovery period after treatment. There is no anesthesia, no pain and the procedure can literally be done during your lunch break.

Yes, ThermiVa is a non-invasive procedure for vaginal rejuvenation

Yes, ThermiVa is considered a non-invasive procedure for vaginal rejuvenation, however keep in mind the ThermiVa treatment handpiece is inserted into the vaginal canal. Otherwise, the procedure is virtually painless and only takes about 30 minutes to perform.

Patients treated with a series of three ThermiVa treatments obtain results which include but are not limited to increased sexual stimulation, vaginal tightening, increased lubrication, decreased incontinence, and improved appearance of both the vulva, labia majora and minora.

I hope this answer is helpful! Best of luck.

Thermi is Non-Invasive

ThermiVa is a non-invasive, in office procedure that provides the benefits of tightening the vagina, treating mild urinary leakage, and increasing vaginal lubrication without the need for surgery, down-time or any pain. This has been a nice addition to my practice to be able to office a non-invasive procedure that has been very successful. Best wishes.
