What is the best non invasive treatment for cellulite and lax skin? Velashape 3 or Thermage? (photos)

I workout regularly doing heavy weights and eat quite healthy but I am still not able to improve the cellulite and lax skin on the back of my thighs/buttocks area. I have researched the many treatments out there and I have narrowed it down to Velashape 3 or Thermage. What treatment would hold the best results and last the longest?
