Ulerythema ophryogenes - Does anyone have experience of transplants providing long term, healthy eyebrows with this condition?

I lost my eyebrows to ulerythema ophryogenes 20 years ago and only recently considering a FUE transplant. I can’t see any signs of active UO still and assume a dermatologist would be unable to confirm if a transplant would be successful or if transplanted hair would grow/fall out again. Does anyone have experience of transplants providing long term, healthy eyebrows with this condition? and if the new hairs don’t stay, will the donor area show obvious signs of a transplant?
