Regression 1 year post-LASIK - what are my options?

I had LASIK almost 1 year ago to correct a prescription of +2.75 in both eyes with minor astigmatism. I started experiencing some eye strain and upon examination, my prescription is now +1 in both eyes. Is this considered a bad outcome? I am currently wearing contact lenses to assess whether a correction is necessary and they seem to be helping. Is a correction even worth it? I don't really mind wearing glasses for reading and I don't want to risk my eyes being drier than they are. Thanks
