Hello doctors. I had a PRK surgery 4 monthes ago. And my vision almost 24/24. Before two weeks , i got a problem in my eyes and im taking alcon (cream) and FML. I noticed 4 days ago that my vision is reversed, i see things blurry as i did before the PRK. Is that because of the medication im taking? I also have a bad eye dryness.

You should not go swimming until your epithelium (the surface of the eye) is healed. Two weeks is usually sufficient but the only way to be certain if it is safe to swim is to have your surgeon check your eyes.
You certainly may be a candidate for PRK, depending on your age and other factors. There are large studies demonstrating greater safety for LASIK with a residual bed of 300 or more. There are not yet comparable studies for the optimal bed depth after PRK so many surgeons (including myself) err...
Having an MRI after PRK is absolutely no problem, even shortly after PRK or LASIK. Magnetic alignment of electrons as is done in an MRI does not influence epithelial healing nor flap healing.
