Can vision reverse after 4 month of PRK?

Hello doctors. I had a PRK surgery 4 monthes ago. And my vision almost 24/24. Before two weeks , i got a problem in my eyes and im taking alcon (cream) and FML. I noticed 4 days ago that my vision is reversed, i see things blurry as i did before the PRK. Is that because of the medication im taking? I also have a bad eye dryness.

There are many reasons your vision can be blurry following PRK.  Regression of effect is certainly possible, though fairly uncommon to bring you to the level of blur you had before surgery.  Dryness is a common reason for blur postop.  Less common problems include inflammation in the cornea, corneal haze (scarring) and infection.There are many reports in the literature that UV sunlight exposure can increase the chance of corneal haze.  Most surgeons recommend sunglasses if you're out in the sun a lot, and there is evidence high doses of Vitamin C can help minimize this risk.Only with an examination by your surgeon can you determine why your vision is blurry, and what to do about it.  If the reason is regression, most surgeons will recommend waiting a full six months postop for stabilization following PRK to consider additional treatment.
