Could not removing the extra skin after brow bone reduction surgery correct my upper eyelid hollowness? (Photos)
hello doctors.. so i have 2 problems make me uncomfortable with my look: 1- prominent eyebrow bone. 2- upper eyelid hollowness like the pic. would it help me if i ask my surgeon not to remove the extra skin after the brow ridge reduction surgery so the skin will slide down and cover the hollowness? if it worked i wouldn't need filler or fat grafting to correct it. i came up with this idea because i noticed my left brow is less prominent and the hollowness is way less than the right eye.
