Ive been looking into getting a jawline implant for a while now. The biggest thing stopping me is the risk of infection, one of the doctors I talked to said its about a 10% chance of infection if done from inside of mouth, I cant risk not being able to go into work if I were to be infected. Apparently the risk of infection is alot lower if done from the outside. however, then I am worried about scaring. How big is the scar from a jaw implant if done from the oustide?
