How can I help my skin to tighten as I lose weight?
I've lost about 50 pounds over the last year starting at about 345 and I'm currently 293. I'm 5'6 and 18 years old. As I've started losing weight and have been continuing I've noticed my breasts begin to sag and other areas of my body become almost flabby. I was wondering if there's anything I can do to help tighten skin, also to lift my breasts, surgery isn't an option at the moment because I'm a college student and can't afford it. Any suggestions will help greatly!
