Can you get a jaw implant for the masseter part but without the chin implant?

I'd like a stronger masseter but I don't want a stronger chin. Is it possible to get an implant for the masseter part of the jawline but without an implant for the chin?

If you do not need a chin implant, you could get jaw angle implants only. 
When you say you'd like a "stronger masseter," that could mean a few things, and to know what you mean by that with certainty, you would have to offer more details. 
Aesthetics, likes, and dislikes are not easy to describe with words alone. Using pictures, video, and perhaps face-to-face visuals might be prudent to explain what you describe and thus prevent misunderstandings. 
Custom implants can certainly be used to accentuate the jaw area of the face, including the masseter muscle.
