I've had this problem area on my right cheek for a couple years now, could this be rosacea? (Photo)

I do wax my face almost daily, maybe it's irritation? However I do see small pimple like bumps, I would like to know what specifically this is.

Hard to tell with the resolution of the photos, I can see a feint edge. I would seek help from a MEDICAL dermatologist before any laser treatment. This can be keratosis pillars, tinea facei, or other medical dermatological conditions. You do need a diagnosis before any treatment. All the bestDr Davin LimLaser and aesthetic dermatologistBrisbane, Australia.

This is likely keratosis pilaris and needs laser treatments, skin care, and long term management for improvement.  I suggest a formal consultation with a laser trained cosmetic dermatologist.  Best, Dr. Emer.
