This early after rhinoplasty, it is premature to be concerned about the final result.   The swelling is going to be very prominent at this early stage.                                                                                                                                                                                                                             Kenneth Hughes, MD

Rhinoplasty healing takes 6-12 months. You need to wait at least thatuch time before having further revision.

I can understand your concerns but it is too early to consider further surgery. I think that you need to wait at least a year from your last surgery and then re-evaluate. I can't be certain which phot is your most recent but I think it is the one where there is a bit of a ridge on the bridge. i think that this is a graft and you are seeing the edges. Your skin is thin and you are likely to see any irregularity or edge. Try to be patient.
