You look a little bit like you’ve had a funny case of liposuction performed. The reason the skin looks loose is because there’s considerable loss of volume in the area in terms of fat and muscle bulk. If possible, I would recommend fat grafting into the area. If there’s no fat available, Sculptra may be another excellent option. What you have right now is like a deflated balloon that needs to have more air (volume) added.
