Is MiraDry safe on or after Accutane?

Hi. I am looking to get the MiraDry treatment for hyperhidrosis, but I am tapering off my Accutane dose and am still taking 40 mg once a week. I know other lasers are now done while on Accutane, but is MiraDry safe or should I wait?

Chances are you just have sweat glands outside the treatment area. The pushing was likely just to make better contact in certain places because the armpit is concave.

We always recommend two treatments for MiraDry. You can see reduction in sweat and odor after one treatment but particularly for odor we would recommend two. The provider you used will have your history already but we have done second treatments on clients who had their first treatment elsewhere.
