My surgeon is using implantech conform implants however he wants to use the large ones with 1.4cm or 14mm width for both sides but I'm nervous that they will be too large and make me look blocky with that much lateral projection. My goal is to have the width like the other pics I posted. I've read that the bigonial width should be about 90% of the bizygomatic width so that's my goal.
