44, will pitted lines on thighs after 2nd Vanquish procedure go away? (Photo)

Age 44 had fatty a little loose skin in thighs doc said I would be good candidate, after my second procedure, I immediately noticed a bunch of lines like pitted, extreme cellulite looking lines all in my legs and they told me to spread out the treatments so I only went once a month. I’ve gotten four total and my legs and my thigh area looks horrible. It looks really pitted, like extreme case of stretch marks and cellulitis combination I’m wondering will this go away?
