I recently got implant done around 8/4/2018. My gum appeared to be healing without any problem, left side I don't see anything and look pretty normal however, I notice on the right side of my implant I can see the metal screw where the gum is not covered like on the left side. Is this something to be concern about?

There isn't a problem with temporarily sealing the abutment with teflon tape for a short duration, however, a better solution would be to try to get the crown recemented as soon as possible either temporarily or permanently. The neighboring teeth and opposing teeth (on the upper arch)...
