Hyaluronidase is a natural product in the body so "allergy" is unusual.Hyaluronidase commercially is made via egg products (Vitrase).Hyaluronidase from recombinant technology (Hylenex) should not have an allergy issue.

When animal derived hyaluronidase is used, the potential for allergy is low but real.  When using human recombinant hyaluronidase which is old under the brand name Hylenex there should be no risk of allergic reaction.
