Ethnic sensitive rhinoplasty.

The features you are unhappy with are common complains among some ethnic groups seeking nasal refinement. if you identify with a particular ethnic group then an ethnically sensitive rhinoplasty that creates the tip refinement , stabilizes the nostrils when you smile and minimizes the flare of your nostrils will give you a result you will be happy with. Drastic changes may not fit with your other facial features but the goals yououtline can be achieved with natural looking results.

Rounded Nose Tip?

Rhinoplasty can refine the shape of the nasal tip.  A front view, of the nose, would help in the evaluation.

Cartilage Graft Tip Rhinoplasty

Your nose shows the very typical flat tip or poorly projecting tip that is well known with your ethnicity. If that is your only nasal concern, great tip projection can be achieved with combined cartilage grafting of the columella and tip possibly combined with nostril flare reduction as well.

Rounded Nose Tip?

Best to be seen IN PERSON by a boarded PS in your city. I recommend tip rhinoplasty with or without alar base reduction.

Rhinoplasty and tip

You certainly could benefit from nasal tip surgery to improve the shape. Best to be seen in person to be adequately evaluated.

Rounded nasal tip needs support

Your tip lacks projection and tip grafts are needed to project the tip and give it definition. Given your ethnicity to tip cartilage is typically thin and soft with a rounded appearance. Computer imaging will help demonstrate to your how changes to the tip and projection will look.

Rhinoplasty for the ethnic nose.

Your nose would benefit from reducing the bump, refining the tip, removing the hanging columella, projecting the tip and probably narrowing the base. Choose a very experienced surgeon who does natural noses

Bulbous Nasal Tip

I need better pictures but it appears that you have a wide, full bulbous tip that can be narrowed by changing the contour of your cartilages and adding small cartilage grafts to the tip. Frequently it is also helpful to narrow the base of the nose and reduce the flare of the nostrils.  My website has instructions regarding the best views to submit for nasal evaluation.

Poor tip support is one problem with an ethnic nose.

The photograph demonstrates an ethnic nose with poor definition in the nasal tip. This particular problem is usually addressed by some structural support to the tip of the nose, usually by way of cartilage strut, and possibly the cartilage graft to the nasal tip.

Rounded Nose Tip?

The tip can be refined and the projection improved.  You may want to consider a little dorsal augmentation to balance the nose as well.  Of course, almost any goal can be accomplished and is at your discretion.  Find a plastic surgeon with ELITE credentials who performs hundreds of rhinoplasties each year.  Then look at the plastic surgeon's website before and after photo galleries to get a sense of who can deliver the results.  Kenneth Hughes, MD Los Angeles, CA
