Round Face - Bottom Heavy. Buccal Fat Pad Removal or Jawline Botox? (photo)

I have had an overly round, chubby face my entire life. Even when I was very thin (5"6/105lbs), I have had unnaturally large chipmunk cheeks; the fat around my cheeks dont seem to budge. I am of Korean descent, where moonfaces are a prominent and common feature. I have somewhat delicate features (eyes, nose, lips), which would stand out more if my face was more contoured. Would I be a better candidate for jawline reshaping using Botox (masseter reduction) or for buccal fat pad removal?

Dear meeshaxlen,

  • A buccal fat removal would be beneficial
  • In order to know if Botox would work, an exam would be necessary to see how big the masseter muscle is on you
  • When you are ready, a consultation will help answer all of your questions
