Post-op Rhinoplasty and One Nostril is More Swollen Than the Other - Normal?

I just had rhinoplasty and one nostril is way more swollen than the other is that normal?

Post-operative Nasal Swelling

Swelling after rhinoplasty is frequently asymmetrical - in fact, as swelling decreases, it is possible the opposite side may appear larger for a short time. Be patient - this will improve with normal healing over the next several months.

Nostril asymmetry after rhinoplasty.

This is normal. It takes a minimum of 6 months to make any judgement about the symmetry of the nose and especially the nostrils.
