Im finding conflicting information. I used hydroquinone cream & retin-a for brown spots. Brown spots faded but Im left w/ noticable broken blood vessel. My derm said its from hydro, drs on here say no that hydro & retin-a can only make pre-existing blood vessels noticable, retin-a sheds layers of skin revealing damage etc. so should I stop using retin-a all together if its revealing the vessels and damaging skin, will my face stay damaged? I thought retin-a fixed damage. didnt cause damage?
