Redness on Bridge After Silicone Implant?

I had a silicone implant 6 weeks ago to build up my bridge. I've had this red band since the beginning and it seems worse than before. Also my nose swells up on and off constantly on the left side (none at all in right) making it look crooked depending on the degree of swelling.

Rhinoplasty silicone implant

Redness is an important sign to disregard!! See your surgeon as there should be no skin redness at 6 weeks. Is the implant in straight? Have you an infection?
