3 Years after Laser Eye Surgery, red veins are becoming more visible in my eyes, mostly in my left. What are these? (photos)

crisse
When I wake up they seem less red and less severe, but as the day passes by they become more and more noticeable. For that reason my left eye looks very small. the picture attached if for my left eye and in the right eye the veins are less severer. The white part of the eye does not look white anymore. What are those or what caused them? =(
