Can a lip lift incision be modified to be under the nostrils?
The sub nasal incision should always be modified to satisfy the aesthetic needs of a patient. Therefore it could be limited to the nostril area. Having said that I feel you could also benefit from some central lip lift as you show very little vermilion in the midline. The scar heels beautifully under the columella. You are a good candidate for a lip lift.
You are an excellent candidate for a subnasal lip lift. This will shorten the distance between the
nose and upper lip, roll out the upper lip and increase your incisor show. The incision is hidden at the nose-lip
junction and is invisible within a couple of weeks.
