What are my options to fix my midline if I am missing both lateral incisors? (photos)

Question

I got my lateral incisors removed because they wouldn't allow my front two teeth to come in. My orthodontist at that time gave me a partial denture but now I've had that for years and I want to get implants however I noticed that my midline is way off. What are my options? I preferably want something that will fix them asap. I am 20 years old.

The only way to really fix the problem is to go back to orthodontics and move the teeth to a better position.  This is the most conservative way of fixing the midline.  The other way is to rebuild all your upper teeth with porcelain veneers/crowns/implants and rebuild the shape of the teeth.I really think you ought to go back to the orthodontist and consult with him prior to placing the implants.

its difficult for me to understand yr case. why yr orthodontist removed laterals? it was milky or permanent? its my advice to upload yr past xrays, so i can guide u better.

lateral teeth are never an option, to set make centrals to match.the bicuspids are the teeth that are always the option for great results, now you have a problem , you have the middle line off, you need to have a consultation with a board certified orthodontist, and make all the arrangements to make this middle line perfect, provably you will not need implants, the movements can be with the existing teeth, and you will correct the middle line, and provably switch canines to look like laterals, this is easy if you see the right doctor, it will take up to 2 years, forget about invisalign, that would not work, braces is your option, a complete x ray study, is really necessary
