With VenusFreeze treatments, the skin always turns pink or red. Usually the skin returns to normal color within 15 to 20 minutes after the procedure. With treatments on the body, higher temperatures are achieved. Rarely the higher temperatures can cause prolonged redness that lasts for several days and resolves spontaneously. Having this happen once does not mean it will happen every time. -Dr. Z.
I had my first Venus treatment on my front thighs. I was told that I wouldn't bruise. I bruised bad. Is this normal? (Photo)
