Had breast reduction surgery 13 years ago. I get triphasic vasospasms, like Raynaud’s in my nipple. Part of my nipple that turns white, the rest is pink. Then the nipple turns purple, around the spot that’s white. It then turns purple to dark pink and the pain is so strong. I feel nauseous and incapacitated. A hot shower is the only remedy. What can I do when it happens to make it stop? A hot shower is not always available. Is there a surgical or pharmaceutical option to prevent this?
